Miri Danai is the CEO at Cockpit Innovation hub. Cockpit is the first airline industry venture arm in the world, with the mission to enhance innovation among its partners and invest in entrepreneurs with disruptive technologies in travel, aviation and aerospace. Cockpit is a partnership of EL AL airline, Boeing and gategroup, and is committed to ventures in the air travel through innovation. Cockpit has a portfolio of 12 startups across 5 countries, and enabled many POC´s leading to 10 commercial partnerships between Cockpit’s partners and various startups supported by Cockpit.
Prior to Cockpit, Miri was a Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at SOSA, one of the leading innovation hubs in Israel. Miri connected various multinational corporations with disruptive startups, and reached impactful and successful partnerships. Before that, Miri was a Business Partners Manager at Comverse, and led strategic partnerships between Comverse and tech companies.
Miri has track record in creating collaborations between technology companies and corporations. She brings vast experience in working with startups and tech companies, supporting entrepreneurs, and creating commercial impact.
Miri is passionate about the start-up world, and with 12 years of international business development record, she has experienced the Israeli hi tech community, with knowledge and relationships spanning the entire ecosystem.
Miri is a lawyer and holds a Master degree in Law.
