She is regularly invited to lecture and to teach in universities and business schools around the world. She publishes articles about creative tourism in different languages.
She is an external expert for the European Union and regularly collaborates with the UNWTO.
Since 2001 she has been managing a wide array of international projects, including festivals commissioned by the Barcelona City Council as well as European funded projects.
She is an expert member of IGCAT – Institute of Gastronomy Art and Tourism, and panel of Jury of the European Smart Destination.
Caroline lived and worked in different countries: La Casa de Velázquez (Madrid), Festival de Cannes (France), and managed various projects in Louisiana, Mexico and Morocco.
She was born in France where she had a Master Degree in Management of Culture and Cultural Policies, she completed with a Degree in Communication in Barcelona.
She speaks English, Spanish, French (native), Catalan, Italian and has a basic level in Portuguese.
