Leslie Hsu is the Global Head of Brand and Head of International Operations at Trip.com. She received her MBA degree from Harvard Business School, where she studied with a focus on globalization and organization behavior. Before joining Trip.com, she worked as professional marketer and digital innovator in FMCG industry and marketing agency. She has extensive experiences in brand management, strategic planning, and digital transformation. After its successful brand launch campaign in Korea earlier this year, Trip.com was recognized by Korean consumers as “Brand of the Year” in the travel category in July 2019.
With more than 1.2 million hotels in 200 countries and regions, trip.com have built an extensive hotel network to give their customers a fantastic choice of accommodation. Their far-reaching flight network has over 2 million individual flight routes connecting more than 5,000 cities around the globe.
