Eva-Miriam Gerstner

After overseeing the strategic and operational management of Hotel Q! and Q!Bar – Germany’s first membership Hotel Club – and the corresponding umbrella brand “Look-Hotels” and celebrating outstanding success in the Germ an Hotel market (incl. a very strong international PR awareness), I sought a new challenge at the end of 2007. I therefore founded Büro Gerstner GmbH in 2008, a cons ultancy agency specialising in Hotel, Catering and Tourism. The business has since then gone from strength to strength and now boasts a number of top, market - leading and also well - known, VIP clients. In 2017 I extended the business with new partners onto the whole European market as a full service hospitality agency and we therefore changed the name of the company into CCM3 Consulting.

With my conception and under my management, Hotel Q! was voted the “best design hotel in the world” (Travel&Leisure, New York), was chosen as “one of the coolest hotels in the world” (conde nast traveller, London ) and won numerous international service and architecture awards. I breathed life into this project with the help of the world famous architects from GRAFT and Ben Reed from the famous Met Bar in London. In addition, I then was nominated to Germany’s “ Hotelier des Jahres” as the first and youngest woman in history of this award (2007). I was awarded by the Minister of economics and labour, Wolfgang Clement, for Young Executives in Germany (2006), and was nominated of the International TOP 10 Leaders of Hotel and Restaurant Industry world wide (2011) – among names like Sir Richard Branson (ranked #1 that year), André Balazs and Ian Schrager ... and did some extras on the side, like TV shows as an expert/jury, member of the competence team DEHOGA Germany for up coming young professionals, member of the jury “Gastrogründerpreis 2016” for start - ups etc.
